Martin Healy MS, PT, ATC
Martin Healy started Coastal Therapy in 2001 with a desire to bring outstanding care in orthopedics and sports medicine to the Savannah region. Martin brings over 33 years of practice as an outpatient physical therapist and athletic training experience to Coastal Therapy. He graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biology from Baldwin Wallace College in 1984, received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1987, and has his license to practice in the state of Georgia in both Physical Therapy and Athletic Training.
Mr. Healy enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic injuries with a special interest in knees, shoulders, foot and ankle dysfunction, but has general knowledge with most orthopedic injuries over his 30+ year career. As a certified athletic trainer, he also enjoys working with sports athletes in helping them return to their sport as well as “industrial athletes” trying to return to their work. He enjoys taking a personal, hands on approach and gets to know each patient along their rehabilitation journey. Outside of work he enjoys running, as he is a former collegiate runner, as well as spending time with his family including his wife Kathy and children.
Brian Ylisto, DPT
Brian has been with Coastal Therapy for 11 years and is the current Clinic Director of the Savannah facility. Brian earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Kentucky and is Board Certified by the Georgia State Board as a physical therapist. Brian brings 11 years of clinical experience in the treatment of a variety of orthopedic musculoskeletal injuries with particular interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of the shoulder, knee and lumbar spine. Brian believes in a patient-centered treatment method, including thorough patient education regarding the patient’s injury/prognosis as well as evidenced based rationale for physical therapy treatments that will empower patients as an active participant in the management of their condition. As a former collegiate tennis player, Brian enjoys working with tennis players to help return them to the court pain free. Brian enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and cycling.
Bradley "Caz" Collins
Caz Collins is from Saint Simons Island, GA. Caz graduated with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2017 from South University in Savannah. He has been in and around the practice of PT for 5 years now. He enjoys working in the clinic with patients, and the marketing side of the business. Caz currently serves as the practice executive director at Coastal Therapy and Sports Rehab. He enjoys the rewarding feeling to see patient progression and strengthening. His hobbies include, fishing, golfing and watching sports.
